Service Fee

No platform fees currently. We provide escrow services and payment processing at no additional cost.

Buyer pays → funds held securely → handover/delivery → buyer confirms → payout to seller.

Terms of Service

Users must provide accurate item information. Prohibited/illegal items are not allowed. We may freeze orders/funds to mitigate fraud risk and protect users.

We provide a marketplace and escrow service. Disputes are resolved under platform rules and evidence submitted by both parties. Users must cooperate with required information for safety and compliance.

Privacy Policy

We comply with Canada’s PIPEDA. We collect only the minimum data required to fulfill transactions. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe/WeChat Pay.

Refund & Dispute

Refunds depend on fulfillment and evidence. Non-delivery or material mismatch may qualify. Fraudulent claims are penalized. We coordinate with payment processors for dispute handling.
